Located just 8 minutes from The Base - Hamilton, this home-away-from-home is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover balance. We offer gentle and restorative Yoga suitable for all levels (including beginners). Come as you are, leave feeling cared for, nourished, and renewed.

Our trauma-informed, inclusive approach ensures every body and mind feels safe and supported. With intimate small group classes, courses, private sessions, day retreats, and workshops, we’re here to help you prioritise you.

Private Yoga

Private yoga is great for those needing personalised support to work around any health challenges OR prefer to work in a 1:1 capacity. We operate private yoga from The Good Room.

What we do

Our classes are expertly created to cultivate a more resilient nervous system for all round greater health and wellbeing. We speak the language of the nervous system through intentional and gentle postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. You will develop a greater sense of inner awareness and self agency. By building interoceptive awareness, you have the ability to positively rewire your brain, change your mind, and improve your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
