Gentle Yoga

  • Gentle mobilising movements and poses that focus on releasing tension and awakening the body-mind connection.

    Breathing techniques to calm, balance, and awaken.

    Myo-fascial release techniques to release deep-seated tension and tightness that will help you to move and breathe better.

    Guided meditation for relaxation, focus, and inner-awareness

    Come as you are, and leave feeling more balanced, nurtured, and deeply connected to your body and mind.

  • A yoga mat if you have one. We supply blocks, massage balls, and straps. A warm layer and socks are recommended in winter months.

    Feel free to bring any of your own props e.g. Blanket, bolster pillow, eye pillow etc.

    Most importantly, just come as YOU.

Yield & Restore

  • Restorative & Gentle Yin poses supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks - all provided)

    Focus on slow, deep breathing to enhance relaxation and de-stress.

    Gentle mobilising movements to release tension and soothe your nervous system.

    Guided Yoga Nidra as a form of Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NDSR).

    Come as you are, with no prior experience required, and leave feeling nurtured, peaceful, and deeply rested.

  • All props will be provided. Including: Bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps. Socks, and a warm layer are recommended in cooler months.
